Pre-Book: Pre booking is a requirement of this service, this also guarantees your spaceand saves you money.
Transfers: No transfers necessary - you take your car directly to the departure terminal.
Security: Cars are stored at Pink Elephant or Parking Express one of the secured long term car parks within the airport boundaries who are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, with security fencing, lighting, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff or in peak timnes another secured site close to the airport.
Insurance: Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions. See their individual details above.
Parking Procedure: This is the easiest way to park at Heathrow. You drive to whichever terminal your airline will depart from. A driver meets you at the Pick up and drop off area and will then take your car to one of the on airport car parks above. On return your car will be delivered back to the same point for arrivals. N.B Please note that when booking this service online as soon as you have confirmation you must call Chauffeured Parking Services to finalise meeting times. Customers must ring within 7 days of departure.
Directions: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport, then follow signs for either Terminal 1, 2, 3, or 4. Then follow signs for pick up/drop off point.
Supplements: There are extra charges for out of hours delivery or collection of car. There are also surcharges during public and bank holidays. Details with CPS direct.
