Arrival Facilities - Terminal 2 - Airside

After disembarking follow the signs for Arrivals for Baggage Reclaim or Transfers if you are connecting to another flight.
Luggage Trolleys: These are plentiful and found in the baggage hall.
Toilets: In baggage reclaim area.
Pay Phones: In baggage reclaim.

Arrival Facilities - Terminal 2 - Landside

The Arrivals area is on the upper level of Terminal 2. Restaurants, bars, c afes and shops are centrally located and serve both Arrivals and Departures.
Toilets: They are located behind stairs to mezzanine floor. Baby care room beside Mens toilet.
Pay Phones: There are a number In various areas. around the terminal.
Currency Exchange: Therea re two Bureaux de Change in Arrivals area, Travelex opening hours: 06:30 to 22:45 and ICE opening hours: 07:00 to 23:00. There are another two exchange facilities at the Departures end of the floor.
ATMs: Behind the stairs to the mezzanine floor, most domestic and international cards accepted.
Information Desk: The airport enquiries desk is opposite the stairs to the mezzanine level.
Smoking Area: Beside Costa Coffee outlet.
Mail Services: There is a Post Office below the mezzanine floor next to the toilets. Opening hours: 08:30-17:30 Monday-Saturday, 09:00-13:00 on Sundays.
Left Luggage: None in Arrivals / Departures. Nearest is downstairs in the check-in area at the left (Lufthansa) end. Costs £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 for 12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hour period. Open 06:00 - 22:30.
Food and Drink: Meals, light refreshments and a bar are located on the mezzanine level above the shopping area plus a coffee bar on the main level.
Shops: The shops are centrally located between Arrivals and Departures.

Taxi: Taxi rank on forecourt outside the check-in level downstairs.
Train: Follow signs to the Underground or Heathrow Express for services to London.
Bus services: Some bus services leave from the Arrivals forecourt, but most go from the Bus Station. Follow the signs.
