Arrival Facilities - Terminal 3 - Airside

After disembarking follow the signs for Arrivals for Baggage Reclaim; Transfers if you are connecting to another flight.
Luggage Trolleys: Found in Baggage Reclaim - plentiful and free.
Toilets: Facilities with baby care and disabled facilities in Baggage Reclaim opposite carrousel 4.
Pay Phones: In Baggage Reclaim.
Currency Exchange: There are two Bureaux de Change in Baggage Reclaim. Thomas Cook opening hours: 05:15 - 22:00 and Travelex opening hours: 05:15 - 21:30.

Arrival Facilities - Terminal 3 - Landside

After Immigration and customs the full Arrivals Terminal facilities are available.
Toilets: Upstairs on the mezzanine floor waiting level. Disabled facilities available but getting there is by lift/elevator and not convenient.
Pay Phones: Plentiful, some with fax facility in main Arrivals hall.
Currency Exchange: There are three Bureaux de Change. Thomas Cook, opening hours: 05:30 - 22:30, and Travelex, open 24 hours a day, both are in the middle of the Arrivals floor. Travelex have an additional outlet towards the car rental desks.
ATMs: Two near the Booksplus news shop - Barclays and Midland provide facilities for most international and domestic cards.
Information Desk: In middle of main Arrivals area near the Bureaux de Change.
Smoking Area: There is a smoking area beside Café Select.
Meeting Point: Centrally located in Arrivals area.
Postal Services: There is a postbox & stamp machine in front of the Information desk.
Left Luggage: Located on the far right hand side of hall between Exits 1 & 2. Opening hours: 05:30-22:30. Costs £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 for 12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hour period.

Shopping: There is a news shop / bookstore and a map shop. Extra outlets available on Departures level. See our full listing.
Car Rental: Major companies have desks on the right of terminal towards Exit 1. To secure the right car at the right price book online at www.best-car-hire.co.uk

Parking: Access to Short Stay car park by lift to Departures level and covered walkway.
Taxi: Taxi rank is on forecourt. Follow signs to Exit 2.
Train: Follow signs to the Underground or Heathrow Express for services to London. Access ramp and stairs between Exit 1 & 2.
Bus services: Limited services available at bus station through Exit 2. Most buses also stop at the main coach station. Follow the signs.
