Arrival Facilities - Terminal 4 - Airside

After disembarking follow the signs for Arrivals for Baggage Reclaim; Transfers if you are connecting to another flight.
Luggage Trolleys: Found in Baggage Reclaim - plentiful and free.
Toilets: Facilities at both ends of Baggage Reclaim - those on the left have facilities for disabled users.
Pay Phones: In Baggage Reclaim.

Arrival Facilities - Terminal 4 - Landside

After Immigration and customs the full Arrivals Terminal facilities are available.
Toilets: At each end of the floor. Facilities for disabled users at the left of the building beside the left luggage counter.
Pay Phones: Throughout the terminal, some with fax facilities.
Currency Exchange: There are three Bureaux de Change - Thomas Cook, open 24 hours a day and Travelex also open 24 hours, both are located in the middle of the floor. There is an additional Travelex towards the left luggage counter.
ATMs: There are Barclays and Link ATMs beside the Thomas Cook Bureau de Change. They accept international and domestic cards.
Information Desk: Airport enquiries desk towards the left hand side of the floor.
Smoking Area: Seating area on right hand side near WH Smith bookstore.
Postal Services: Mail box and stamp machine near the Information desk.
Left Luggage: On the extreme left hand side of the terminal open 05:30 - 23:00. Cost £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 per item for 6-12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hours.
Food and Drink: Café bar serving light refreshments only on Arrivals floor. More choice upstairs on mezzanine floor.
Shopping: There is only a small news shop in the Arrivals area. For a better choice go upstairs to Departures. See our full listing.
Car Rental: Major companies have desks in the Arrivals area. To secure the right car at the right price book online at www.best-car-hire.co.uk.

Parking: Access to the short term car park is directly across the terminal forecourt. Bus transfers to the Business and Long Term car parks are available on the forecourt.
Taxis: Taxi rank on Arrivals forecourt.
Train: The Heathrow Express station is on the right of the Arrivals floor beyond WH Smith. The Terminal 4 London Underground station for services to London is below the Arrivals level. Follow the signs.
Bus services: Depart from the Arrivals forecourt.
